Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, all custom wigs and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ready-to-wear wigs and select hair extensions may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging within a specified return window.

Clip-in extensions and eligible products must remain unopened and in original condition to qualify for a return.

We do not accept returns for worn, altered, washed, or damaged items.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
