Behind the Eccentric Hair:

Based in Manhattan, New York, Emmett Palmer is a hairstylist specializing in vivids and designs (aka hair tattoos).  All wigs and clip-ins are the brainchildren of Emmett's love for expressing art through hair. Hair as a medium allows for wearable art that celebrates self-expression in an unapologetic, loud way.
